GenerixTM is our entry-level "ready-to-go" lyophilised PCR mastermix. Containing a full length Taq polymerase with 100% dNTP blend, GenerixTM contains all the core reaction components required to carry out PCR. GenerixTM has 2 years ambient storage stability, the user simply adds water, primers-probes and template. GenerixTM is readily compatible with automated laboratory dispensing systems and optimised for performance with most PCR instruments and real-time signalling methods. Each vial is supplied as a '0X' reaction mix and can be reconstituted to provide up to 1ml of final PCR reaction mix (50x 20ul PCR reactions).
