One-tube RT-PCR mastermix containing molecular diagnostic-grade fastactivating hotstart polymerase with MMuLV reverse transcriptase. Each vial is supplied as a '0X' reaction mix and can be reconstituted to provide up to 1ml of final PCR reaction mix (50x 20ul PCR reactions).
