The Pro-Mag™ 12- Tube Magnetic Rack accommodates twelve (12)- 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tubes. This item is an accessory to PLM-2000 Pro-Mag.

The Magnetic Separation Rack is designed for quick and easy small-scale isolation of nucleic acids using Pro-Mag DNA/RNA Extraction Kits. The rack holds up to twelve 1.5 ml tubes and contains six extremely powerful neodymium magnets.

For use, place tubes containing sample and magnetic beads in the Magnetic Separation Rack, wait for the solution to clear, and then carefully remove supernatant. Remove the tubes from the Magnetic Separation Rack, add new solution and resuspend the beads by gently vortexing or inverting by hand.
