The Prolex^TM Extraction Reagent Set when used in combination with Prolex^TM Streptococcal Grouping Latex Reagents provides a rapid platform for the serological identification of beta-haemolytic streptococci belonging to Lancefield groups A, B, C, D, F and G.

• Extraction Reagent 1 (PL.047): One dropper bottle containing 8.0 ml of the modified extraction reagent with 0.098% sodium azide as a preservative.
• Extraction Reagent 2 (PL.048): One dropper bottle containing 8.0 ml of the modified extraction reagent.
• Extraction Reagent 3 (PL.049): One dropper bottle containing 8.0 ml of the modified extraction reagent with 0.098% sodium azide as a preservative.
